Professor and Head of the Department of Information Technology at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, with a Doctor of Engineering in Human-Computer Interaction from Shimane University, Japan. Two decades of experience spanning teaching, research, and academic leadership in IT, with a research focus on educational technology, human-computer interaction, and IoT. Active in the international IT professional community as a BCS Fellow and IEEE Senior Member, and serves in advisory and judging roles for national and regional ICT awards.
